salt strands hair is unique in texture. it is the finest, most lightweight, extension weft out there. it is single drawn, and has tapered ends, giving the most natural look of any other extensions.

because it’s fine in texture, we never have to use “filler” hair to create our wefts. all hair is Asian texture, dries fast, is smooth + fine, and air dries with a natural beach bend. most other extension hair has Indian hair mixed in, which gives a coarser texture, as well as makes the weft heavier. 

we deeply care about scalp health, so it was important to create something that can accommodate fine hair clients or clients with scalp and health conditions. we felt this was missing from the extension market and filled in that gap! 

every weft was created using formulas that mimicked the salt strands signature colors. we accommodated different root lengths, tones, and depth of dimension. 15 colors in all, that all layer beautifully together. warm, neutral, and cool — we have you covered.
